Southern Stars to appear at Arts Assoc. of S.E. KY on April 23, 2016

The Southern Stars are honored to participate in the 54th concert season presented by the Arts Association of S.E. Kentucky.  The Arts Association is presenting a 7 concert series of highly acclaimed artists and ensembles, including guitarist Tommy Emmanuel, gospel singer Sandy Patty, and the Peach State Opera company presenting Mozart’s “Don Giovanni”.

 

The SSSB will be presenting the closing concert of the season on Saturday, April 23, 2016.  The concert is scheduled for 7:30 pm and will be held at the O. Wayne Rollins Center on the campus of the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY.   General admission ticket prices for the concert are $30 for Adults, and $15 for students from elementary to college age.  

 

Music selections for the concert will be released at a later date, but attendees can be assured that the program will include a wide variety of music styles and genre, and will feature virtuoso soloists from within the ensemble.   The SSSB pride themselves on providing “Premium Entertainment” and have produced 2 CD’s and a DVD which demonstrate their repertoire and skills.
